The challenge:
Whether there are 12 or 1000 of you, whether you come from the 4 corners of the world or from the same location, the “Meet & Win” experience engenders friendly communication and interaction, and creates cohesion and team spirit.
Divided into teams, gems, information, tokens and banknotes are exchanged in an exhilarating atmosphere. A real emulation is created among participants around a collective challenge.
The results of the simulation are manifold: all participants are in action in less than a minute. The barriers of language and hierarchy disappear, favoring rapid, informal, cross-functional exchanges. Everyone discovers the value of direct communication and sharing information within the group.

How it works
- The briefing for teams of 2 to 5 participants is launched, and in less than 3 minutes, the teams are in action and interacting,
- Exchanges of information, resources and negotiations are underway.
- Every ten minutes (3 times during the session), the action stops to give teams time to take stock and redefine their strategy,
- At the end of the session, guided by the coach, the teams take inventory and calculate their score,
- The debriefing session led by the coach brings out the lessons perceived by the participants and enables them to distinguish their application in their daily life as a team or group.
