The challenge:
From the start of the convention, participants are divided into teams. They are commissioned by an internationally renowned newspaper (Business Masters) to produce a quality report on a given theme (e.g.: The Managers’ Club: a new managerial culture).
One of the Grands Reporters’ missions is to gather and appropriate the information needed to create and produce a high-impact report.
This step is made possible by “Press Conferences” led by “Experts” (e.g. managers, department heads or members of the Executive Committee).
At the end of press conferences, teams are given time to share and analyze the information obtained. They then embark on the creation of their final report, including a stage performance of their synthesis (film optional) and the creation of a paper journal.
