Cinema

Considered as the 7th art, cinema is a form of entertainment that has very positive effects on physical health. The greatest benefit is directly linked to relaxation and the reduction of anxiety and stress. The brain focuses on the screen and forgets everything else for a few minutes.

On top of this, cinema helps you to deepen your general culture, strengthen your language skills (for VO enthusiasts) and for the more adventurous, several studies show that horror films help to eliminate calories and improve nervous system response.

But unlike cinema, which is for the most part a passive activity, at Eagles we make it active. Participants become actors and play a creative role in the making of a short film, or the dubbing of their favorite movie.
