The challenge:

Take your place at the head of the State and defend your electoral promises!

Non-compliance with commitments and irresponsible behavior will trigger dissatisfaction among stakeholders, who will have only pressure and scandal as means of expression.

The participants, divided into teams, will quickly enter into interaction and negotiation situations to carry out their commitments and meet the expectations and constraints of their stakeholders.

People Planet Profit is ideal for highlighting the new responsibilities of tomorrow’s company employees: achieving profitability targets while respecting the values and expectations of company stakeholders (customers, suppliers, employees, shareholders, institutions, media and politicians). It’s no longer enough to be an expert in one or more disciplines; you must also embody the company’s fundamental values and Corporate Social Responsibility objectives in all your relationships, interactions and actions.

Thanks to this experience, your teams get to grips with the concept of Social Responsibility and discover its three pillars: Environmental, Social and Economic.

What is People, Planet, Profit?

Enlightenments

  • How to reconcile corporate and CSR objectives?
  • A “me first” attitude blocks the process. An “us first” attitude enriches the process.
  • Meeting stakeholder needs concerns everyone in the company.
  • Trust is crucial: how to create and maintain it.
  • Existing resources always seem insufficient: How can we do more with less?
  • How to reconcile individual and shared objectives?
  • Effective teamwork starts with discovering the needs and expectations of our partners and stakeholders.

How it works

  • Each team (leading a country) discovers the resources available to them.
  • Discover the resources they need to deliver on the promises they made to their fellow citizens and stakeholders during their respective election campaigns.
  • Team definition of an optimal strategy to deliver on their promises over a 5-year period.
  • Meetings and negotiations with representatives of other countries to secure the resources needed to meet their commitments.
  • Despite numerous obstacles and resistance, an attempt was made to implement a global strategy guaranteeing that the commitments of all 10 countries would be respected.
  • Team and group debriefing of the People, Planet, Profit experience and sharing of lessons learned.
