The challenge:
Does the obstacle course scare you? Are you an orienteering expert? Does lighting a fire hold no secrets for you?
So there’s no doubt that you’ll be up to all the challenges of the Le Flambeau experience!
Thanks to your team spirit, each of you will be able to bring out one or more of the qualities that are essential to our collective success.
But together, will you make it all the way to the final test?
What is Le Flambeau?
Enlightenments
- Alignment on a common goal, the key to team success ;
- Everyone brings their own motivation and skills to the team, with a single objective : to achieve something together ;
- Every victory (big or small) boosts collective motivation.
How it works
- Teams of 8 to 10 participants are briefed by the main animator.
- Each team goes from challenge to challenge, meeting each host. A challenge lasts about 15 minutes.
- For each challenge, two or three teams compete, with the best team winning the points.
- At the end of the challenges, the accounts are done.
- The top 4 teams go on to face the final challenge: the mythical poles.
- Which team will win the most points?
- Which team will win the pole vault?
- Finally, we organize a closing ceremony.
