Le Grand Tableau: Paint a collective work of art

Create a common work as a team and a group.

Benefits:

  • Creativity
  • Communication
  • Team and inter-team cooperation

Duration of the activity:

  • 2 hours
  • 15 minutes for the reveal

Format:

In-person

The challenge:

This activity highlights the theme of collective creation. How, by organizing and assembling individual skills, is it possible to create an artistic work within a limited time?

Success is linked to sharing a common goal, individual commitment, organizing a process, and coordination. Cooperation and exchange of best practices will be key to the team’s success. Indeed, to ensure color uniformity and design consistency, each team will have to take into account the work done by the others.

When all the canvases have been collected, participants will be surprised to discover a high-quality work of art. They will be proud of their creation. The canvas can be prominently displayed on the company’s premises.

How it works

  • We can produce a masterpiece from our collection, or create a bespoke design to reflect the image of the company and its team. Our designer will listen to you and artistically translate your needs and expectations.
  • We’ll be putting together teams of 10 participants. Each team takes on the challenge of painting 2 canvases, each reproducing a piece of the work.
  • We’ll provide all the materials they need (canvases, brushes, pencils, paints, etc.), and our entertainers and artists will be on hand to help them win the challenge.
  • These canvases will be assembled at the end of the activity, and the work “revealed” to all participants. A huge surprise awaits them.
  • They’ll be amazed at how well they’ve done, and therefore confident in their ability to rise to a challenge together.
